| Big Game Red Rooster Cocktails Recipe courtesy Emeril Lagasse, 2001 2 quarts, 6 to 8 servings Ingredients | |
| 1 1/2 quarts | cran-tangerine, or cranberry juice cocktail |
| 1(6-ounce) can | frozen orange juice concentrate, defrosted |
| 2 cups | mandarin orange vodka, or plain vodka |
| 2 | blood oranges, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch thick slices |
Directions
Combine the juice, orange concentrate and vodka in a large pitcher and stir well to combine. Add the orange slices and place in the freezer and freeze, about 4 hours. Remove from the freezer serve.
