1 - 29 OUNCE CAN | PEACH HALVES, DRAINED 1 - 29 OUNCE CAN PEAR HALVES, DRAINED |
1 - 15 OUNCE CAN | APRICOT HALVES, DRAIND 1 - 20 OUNCE CAN PINEAPPLE CHUNKS |
1 - 10 OUNCE JAR | MARASCHINO CHERRIES 1/4 CUP, (1/2 STICK) SALTED BUTTER |
1/2 CUP | PACKED BROWN SUGAR |
1 TABLESPOON | CURRY POWDER |
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Layer peaches, pears, apricots, pineapple & cherries in a 7x11 baking
dish.
3. Melt butter in a sauce pan. Add sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add curry.
4. Drizzle over fruit and bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm.
