Creamy Garlic Pasta

2 t. | Olive oil |
4 cloves | garlic, minced |
2 T. | Butter |
1/4 t. | Salt |
1/2 t. | Pepper |
3 c. | Chicken stock |
1/2 lb | angel hair or spaghetti pasta |
1 c. | Grated parmesan cheese |
3/4 c. | Heavy cream |
2 T. | Chopped fresh parsley |
In a pot bring olive oil to medium to low heat. Add garlic and stir allowing it to cook for 1-2 minutes. Mix in butter until melted. Add salt, pepper, chicken stock. Raise heat to high and bring to a boil.
Once it's at a rolling oil,add pasta and cook for as long as the box's directions indicate. Reduce heat to medium and mix in parm cheese until completely melted. Turn off heat and stir it he cream and parsley.
