| 7 oz | Elbow Macaroni |
| 1 10 oz package | frozen mixed vegetables |
| 1 cup | diced or shredded Cheddar cheese |
| 1 cup | mayonnaise |
| 1 tsp | onion salt |
| 1/2 tsp | pepper |
Lettuce leaves to serve 6
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water (2 qts water + 1 tsp salt)
until tender, yet firm, about 5 minutes.
Rinse with cold water to cool. Then drain
Cook vegetables according to package directions then drain.
Gently but thoroughly mix vegetables, macaroni, cheese, mayonnaise and seasonings. Chill Serve on lettuce
