Whole wheat Crust |
1 ½ whole wheat flour 2 teaspoons sugar ½ teaspoon salt ½ cup vegetable oil 2 tablespoons cold milk
In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, sugar, and salt. Combine oil and milk; stir into flour mixture just until moist. (Mixture will be crumbly) Press into ungreased 9 inch pie pan on bottom and sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool on rack.
