| N. 2 Cipolle tagliate abbastanza grosse, metterle in casseruola con un po' d'olio, soffriggere piano ed eventualmente aggiungere acqua che non si brucino. Poi aggiungere sale, noce di burro, e un cucchiaio di aceto. Soffriggere ancora un po' poi aggiungere un cucchiaino di zucchero e cuocere ancora un paio di minuti. Poi servite aggiungendo un po' di pepe. |
