Roasted Broccoli w\lemon & Toasted Pine Nuts

| 1t | mashed garlic |
| 1/2t | lemon zest |
| 1-2T | lemon juice |
| 2T | toasted pine nuts |
Toss broccoli w/ ovoo, s&p
Roast in 500 oven 12 minutes
Melt butter in small sauce pan, add garlic & lemon zest
Stir 1minute
Cool slightly, add lemon juice
Pour sauce over broccoli, sprinkle pine nuts
