HOT CHOCOLATE - Peppermint-Mocha Coffee

6 cups | freshly brewed MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee |
4 squares (1 oz. each) | BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate |
1-1/2 cups | hot milk |
1 tsp. | peppermint extract |
8 peppermint sticks POUR coffee into large saucepan. Add chocolate; cook on low heat 5 min. or until chocolate is melted, stirring occasionally. ADD milk and extract; stir until well blended. Garnish each serving with a peppermint stick. HOW TO MAKE PEPPERMINT-COATED COFFEE CUP RIMS Moisten rim of coffee cup with wet paper towel, then dip rim in crushed peppermint candies on a sheet of wax paper. Let stand inverted on wax paper until ready to fill with coffee and serve. SPECIAL EXTRA Quickly dip one end of a JET-PUFFED Marshmallow in water just to moisten, then roll in crushed peppermint candies to evenly coat all sides. Add one to each filled cup just before serving. | |
