| 150 gr. | carote crude grattugiate |
| 140 gr. | mandorle |
| nocciole grattugiate | |
| 60 gr. | fecola di patate |

Scorza di limone grattugiata
Preparazione:
Sbattere i tuorli con lo zucchero. Montare a neve gli albumi. Unire il tutto con la fecola, la scorza di limone, le carote e le mandorle.
Infornare a 180 gradi per 30 min.
