Slow cooker ( beef bourguignon)

1/2 cup | flour |
1 tsp | kosher salt |
1 tsp | pepper |
4 lbs | beef chuck, cubed |
Olive oil | |
2 | onions, sliced |
1 cup | mushrooms, sliced |
1 cup | fresh parsley, minced |
6 tsp | minced garlic |
4 | bay leaves |
2 cups | red or white wine |
1 cup | beef broth |
Directions:
1- mix the flour, salt and pepper. Dredge beef in flour.
2- in a skillet placed on stovetop set to medium high heat, heat oil and sear beef on all sides.
3- add meat and remaining ingredients to crock- pot slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours
