Orange Chicken with Sesame Seeds

1 pkg (16 oz) | Food You Feel Good About Cleaned & Cut Stir-Fry Vegetables |
1 | sweet red pepper, 1-inch dice |
2 Tbsp | Wegmans Vegetable Oil |
1 lb (16 oz) | Wegmans Chicken Breast Strips for Stir-Fry, (with our own seasoning) |
1 Tbsp | Food You Feel Good About Peeled Garlic, chopped |
3/4 cup | Asian Classics General Tso's Spicy Orange Sauce, (International Foods) |
2 Tbsp | JFC White Roasted Sesame Seeds, (International Foods) |
Directions:
Blanch stir-fry vegetables and pepper 20 seconds in large pot of boiling salted water. Drain; set aside.
Drizzle oil around sides of stir-fry pan; tilt pan to distribute evenly. Heat oil in pan on HIGH until oil faintly smokes. (If oil smokes too much, pan is too hot.)
Add chicken strips and garlic. Stir fry 4-5 minutes. Add vegetables; stir fry about 1 min. Add sauce; stir fry until heated through. Serve garnished with sesame seeds.

Serve with brown rice.
