1 12oz can | salsa verde |
3 cups | chicken, cooked |
1 15 oz cannelloni beans, drained | |
3 cups | chicken broth |
2 | green onions, chopped |
1/2 package | frozen corn |
1 teaspoon | ground cumin |
1 teaspoon | chili powder |
Sour cream | |
Tortilla chips |
Empty salsa verde sauce into large saucepan. Cook 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add chicken, beans, broth, cumin, corn and chili powder. Bring to boil, lower heat to simmer and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top each bowl w onions, sour cream and chips.
