Stuffed artichoke bread

1 lg | French bread loaf |
1/2 C. | butter |
5 cloves | garlic minced |
2 Tbsp. | sesame seeds |
1 can | artichokes, drainedý |
1 1/2 C. | sour cream |
1/2 C. | Parmesan cheese |
2 C. | Monterey Jack cheese, (cubed) |
Cut the bread horizontal and pull out inside (in chunks) and set aside. Saute butter, garlic and sesame seeds for 5 min. Mix artichokes, sr. cream, and cheese. Add bread pieces. Pour into bread shells. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and bake 350• for 30- 45 mins.
