Crumble Topped Fruit Filling (Firehouse)

4 medium | apples |
3 dessert spoons brown sugar | |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
50g | blackberries |
Peel and dice apples. Combine with brown sugar and cinnamon. Fold through the blackberries. CRUMBLE TOPPING | |
100g | butter |
125g | plain flour |
50g | caster sugar |
Dice butter and add to flour. Rub in until it resembles rough breadcrumbs. Add sugar and rub through the flour mix.
TO ASSEMBLE TARTS
Fill each tart shell with fruit filling. Top each tart with the crumble mix and bake in preheated oven (180C or 350F) for 30 minutes
Serve warm with cream or ice cream.
