    3/4 lb  fat spaghetti noodle
    2 T  olive oil
    2cloves  garlic minced
    2pints  cherry tomatoes halved
    3/4 lb  shrimp peeled and deveined
    pinch  crushed red pepper
    6 oz  aged feta cheese broken in pieces
    1 handful  basil thinly sliced

bring lg pot of salted water to boil
add pasta and cook until al dente a out 9 mins
drain
reserving 1/3 c of pasta liquid to use in sauce
meanwhile in a lg skillet heat oil over med- high heat
add garlic and tomatoes
cook stirring occ. until tomatoes soften and bubbling about a min
if not a lot of juice add 1 T of water and splash red wine vinegar
add shrimp and crushed peppers
then toss until shrimp are cooked about 2 mins
add pasta with pasta liquid toss over low heat
remove from heat stir in feta and basil toss and add 1 T more oil and additional feta
serves 4
