| 2 | œufs |
| 65gr | gruyère râpé |
| 65gr | olives noires |
| 1/2 | poivron vert,, (petit) |
| 4 | tomates séchées |
| 3,5 cl | huile de tomate séchée |
| Sel | |
| poivre | |
INSTRUCTIONS :
Mélanger farine, œuf et levure. Ajouter petit à petit l'huile, le lait et le fromage en mélangeant. Ajouter les olives noires, le poivron, et les tomates. Verser la pâte dans un moule! Cuire au four préchauffé à 180° pendant 45mn.
