Cookie: Cream together: | |
1/2 cup | margarine |
1 cup | brown sugar |
1 | egg |
1 teaspoon | vanilla |
Mix the following together In a small bowl: | |
6 tablespoons | cocoa |
2 tablespoons | canola oil |
2 oz. squares | chocolate, alternative |
Now mix the following into the cream mixture: Cocoa and canola oil mixture | |
2 cups | flour |
1/2 teaspoon | soda |
1/4 teaspoon | salt |
3/4 cup | sour cream |
Spoon onto baking pan. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Mocha Frosting: Mix together: | |
1/4 cup | margarine |
2 tablespoons | cocoa |
2 teaspoons | instant coffee |
salt, (pinch) | |
Cream the following into the mixture above: | |
1 cup | powdered sugar |
2 tablespoons | milk |
1 1/2 teaspoon | vanilla |
Beat until smooth. Frost cookies when cool.
