1 (20 oz.) can | , pineapple chunks, drained |
1/3 c. | shredded coconut |
1/2 c. | miniature marshmallows |
1/2 c. | plain low-fat yogurt |
Mix ingredients well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving. Garnish with mint leaves or Maraschino cherries. Makes 6 portions, 1/2 cup.
