Mrs. Dash Irish Stew

2 tablespoons | vegetable oil |
2 lbs | stew beef, cut into 1 in. Cubes |
1 14 oz can | low-sodium beef broth |
1 | bay leaf |
1 heaping capful Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend | |
4 Medium | onions |
6 medium | carrots |
2 large | potatoes, peeled & cut into small pieces |
1 cup | frozen peas |
Heat oil in large saucepan and add beef. Brown on all sides. Add beef broth, bay leaf, and Mrs. Dash. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add onions, carrots, and potatoes. Simmer for another 30 minutes or untill beef and vegetables are tender. Add peas and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve hot. Nutrition info: 202 calories | |
