|1 lb.||ground beef|
|2 cloves||garlic, minced|
|3-4 Tsp.||chili powder|
|1/2 tsp.||ground cumin|
|1 cup||onion, chopped|
|16 oz||tomatoes canned, cut-up|
|8 oz||tomato sauce|
|6 oz||tomato paste|
|1 cup||tomato juice|
|16 oz||dark kidney beans, drained|
|1 can||chili beans, (hot)|
|1/2 tsp||dried basil|
In large saucepan, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until meat is brown. Drain fat. Stir in everything else. Bring to boiling, reduce heat, cover, simmer for 20 minutes or longer.
