BANANAS FOSTER CHEESE PIE
    1 (9-inch)  graham cracker crust
Banana layer
    2 tablespoons  butter
    2½ cups  bananas, sliced
¼-inch thick
    ¼ cup  sugar
    1½ tablespoons  fresh lemon juice
    1 teaspoon  pumpkin pie spice
Cream cheese layer
    2 (8-ounce)  packages
      cream cheese, room temperature
    6  eggs, room temperature
    1 cup  sugar
    1½ tablespoons  fresh lemon juice
    1½ teaspoons  vanilla
    1/3 cup  all-purpose flour
      Banana slices, for garnish

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

For banana layer: In large non-stick skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add banana slices; cook, stirring gently, until soft (about 2 minutes). Do not mash. Add sugar, lemon juice and pumpkin pie spice. Cook, stirring gently, until mixture thickens (60 to 90 seconds). Spread evenly in bottom of graham cracker crust.

For cream cheese layer: In mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat on high speed until well-blended, frequently scraping sides of bowl and beaters with spatula; reduce speed to low and beat in flour just until blended and no streaks of flour remain. Pour over banana mixture.

Carefully place pie on rack in center of oven. Bake 40 to 45 minutes (until knife inserted midway between center and edge of pie comes out clean and before the center is completely set and still jiggles when pan is gently shaken). Cool completely on wire rack. Loosely cover and refrigerate until firm (several hours or overnight). Before serving, garnish with banana slices.
