Egg Casserole

6 slices | bread buttered both sides |
1 lb | sausage browned and drained |
1 1/2 cups | cheddar cheese shredded |
2 cups | half and half |
6 | eggs |
1 t | salt |
1 t | dry mustard |
Place buttered bread in a 9 X 13 pan. Add cheese and sausage, beat eggs and half and half add dry mustard and pour over bread. Cover and refrigerator over night. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350. Let stand for 15 minutes.
