      Burger
    2 cups  mashed black beans, (if canned drain and mash)
    1 clove  garlic
    1/2  onion
    1/4 cup  ground flax seed
      Black pepper
      Cayenne pepper
      Fresh salsa
Mix all ingredients and form patties, grill on each side 3-4 mins until golden brown, top with salsa Fries Precut sweet potato
      Olive oil
      Sea salt
      Cinnamon

Lightly coat sweet potato with olive oil, sea salt, and cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 mins flipping fries halfway through
