|16 slices||bread, (crust removed)|
|1/2 teaspoon||dry mustard|
|1/4 cup||diced onion|
|1/4 cup||green pepper|
|1 teaspoon||W sauce|
Dash of tobasco
Cornflakes or special k
Make the day before:
In a 9 x 13 pan place 8 pieces of bread (buttered). Cover bread with bacon or ham, then cheese, onion and green pepper. Beat eggs, salt, pepper, mustard, w sauce, tobasco and milk together. Pour over bread layers and let stand in the fridge over night. Just before cooking top with cornflakes or special k mixed with 1/4 cup of melted butter.
Bake uncovered at 350 for one hour.
