Breakfast Casserole

    16 slices  bread, (crust removed)
    Slices  bacon
      ham, alternative
      Cheddar cheese
    6  eggs
      Salt
      Pepper
    1/2 teaspoon  dry mustard
    1/4 cup  diced onion
    1/4 cup  green pepper
    1 teaspoon  W sauce
    3 cups  milk

Dash of tobasco
Cornflakes or special k

Make the day before:

In a 9 x 13 pan place 8 pieces of bread (buttered). Cover bread with bacon or ham, then cheese, onion and green pepper. Beat eggs, salt, pepper, mustard, w sauce, tobasco and milk together. Pour over bread layers and let stand in the fridge over night. Just before cooking top with cornflakes or special k mixed with 1/4 cup of melted butter.

Bake uncovered at 350 for one hour.
