Stuffed baked tomatoes ( south beach diet style) phase 1

3 ounces | shredded part- skim mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup |
1/4 cup | roughly chopped fresh basil leaves |
2 tbsp | freshly grated parmesan cheese |
1 | minced garlic clove |
Salt | |
pepper to taste |
Directions;
1- heat oven to 400 scoop out the inside of each tomatoe half with a melon ballet and roughly chop the scooped pulp, mozzarella, basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic,and a pinch of salt and pepper.
2- place tomatoes, cut side up, on a baking sheet,. Spoon in tomatoe mixture and bake until cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 10 minutes, Steve warm
