RHUBARB CAKE

½ cup | sugar |
Sift above ingredients together Add to above: | |
1 tblsp | butter |
1 | egg |
¼ cup | milk |
Stir together until moist Spread in 13x9 buttered pan Topping: | |
3 cups | rhubarb, finely diced |
2 cups | sugar |
1 tblsp | butter |
2 tblsp | flour |
1 | egg |
½ tsp | nutmeg |
Mix these together and spread on top.
Bake 350 --- 45 minutes.
