Nel boccale mettere la ricotta brandy zucchero farina latte uovo sale vanillina e frullare 30 sec vel 5-6. Aggiungere il lievito mescolare 20 sec al contrario vel 5.

Composto nella teglia cuocere in forno caldo statico a 160^ per 40 minuti circa.
