¼ cup | brown sugar |
½ cup | sugar |
1 | egg |
1 teaspoon | vanilla extract |
1 1/3 cups | all purpose flour |
¾ cup | graham cracker crumbs |
1 teaspoon | baking powder |
¼ teaspoon | salt |
4 Hershey bars | |
1 ½ cups | marshmallow crème |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, and graham cracker crumbs. Set aside. In the bowl of a stand mixer cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and the vanilla. Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients. Grease an 8 inch square or circular pan. Press half of the dough into the bottom of the pan. Layer with the chocolate bars. You can break them into smaller pieces so that they cover the graham cracker layer. Spread the marshmallow cream over the chocolate. Place the remaining dough into a ziploc gab and flatten it into the approximate size of your pan. Cut along 2 edges of the bag and open it up. Flip the dough over the marshmallow layer. Make any adjustments so that the top graham cracker layer completely covers the marshmallow layer. Bake for 35 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 2 hours.
