100 gr | strutto |
15 gr | sale |
5 gr | zucchero |
Impastare la farina con acqua frizzante ,strutto sale e zucchero
Ottenere un impastoliscioe omogeneo , lasciare riposare a temperatura protetta per circa 1/2 ora a questo punto stendete la pasta ad uno spessore di circa 5 mm tagliato a rombi e friggere in abbondante strutto
