    5 1/2 lbs. bag  black currants
3 + cups water
    1/2 cup  lemon juice
    16 cups  sugar
    2 pkg.  pectin
yield 20-250 ml. jars, + 3 - 125 ml. jars Simmer currants & water 15 min. Make jam as above. For no sugar
    6 cups  water
    2 pkgs.  pectin
    3/4 cups  lemon juice
    3 cup  sweetner
