    3  egg whites
    3 Tbsp  water
    1C  sugar
    1 tsp  vinegar
    1tsp  vanilla
    3 tsp  cornflour,, (custard powder works also)
Preheat oven to 150C. Using an electric mixer beat egg whites until stiff. Add water, beat again. Add sugar very gradually while still beating. Slow beater and add vinegar, vanilla and cornflour. Line oven tray with baking paper. Spread into 8 inch circle with sides higher than centre. Bake for 45 minutes, then leave to cool in the oven. Filling:
    3/4 can  condensed milk
    300 ml  cream
    Juice of 3  lemons

Blend until thick and creamy, then pour on to pav. Leave to stand for one hour in fridge. Decorate with fruit.
