Walnut Spread

1 lb (2 cups) | walnut halves, or pieces toasted |
3 tbl | sugar |
2 tbl | maple syrup |
2 tbl | walnut oil |
salt |
In a food processor, combine te toasted walnuts, 2 tbl of sugar and maple syrup, 2 tbl walnut oil and a pinch of salt, process until the texture resembles peanut butter. Reserve 1 cup of it for topping and refrigerate the res in an airtig container, it will keep for 1 week
