Caramelized Pear and Roasted Walnut Pizza

2 | ripe pears, peeled |
1/4 cup | dark brown sugar, firmly packed |
2 tbl | unsalted butter |
1 tbl | sugar |
1/2 tsp | ground cinnamon, divided |
1 | pizza dough |
1/4 cup | flour |
1 cup | Walnut Spread |
6 oz | Saga Blue Cheese, cut into 1/4 inch thick strips |
Stand eac pear upright and cut vertically into 1/4 inch thick slices Use a small spoon or paring knife to remove the core from the pear slices.
Spread the brown sugar evenly on a small plate and dredge both sides of each pear in it to coat. In a large satue pan over med. heat, melt the butter. When it bubbles, gently add te pears and cook until nicely browned and soft about 4 minutes per side. Remove from heat and reserve for topping
Mix sugar with 1/4 tsp fo the cnnamon and knead into the dough. Set aside until ready to make pizza.
Preheat grill, roll out dough an grill first side. Brush crust with walnut oil instead of olive oil. Transfer to a peel with grilled side up.
Spread entire surface with walnut spread. Arrange pears and sprinkle with cheese. Finish grilling pizza. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 tsp cinnamon, slice and serve
