Italian meatball pasta

Meatball mix:
    1 slice  bread, 1 inch thick
    1 1/2 pound  ground beef
    2  eggs
    1 tablespoon  butter
    1/4 cup  onion, finely chopped
    3 tablespoons  parsley, chopped
    1 1/4 teaspoon  salt
    1/4 teaspoon  paprika
    1/2 teaspoon  lemon rind, grated
    1 teaspoon  lemon juice
    1/2  clove garlic, chopped
    3 tablespoons  parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 teaspoon  oregano
    2 tablespoons  butter
    1 cup  tomato sauce
    2 pounds  pastas

Mix well the meatball ingredients. Sauté lightly in the butter until it takes a little color. Half cover with the tomato sauce. Cook 30 minutes under low fire in a covered pan. Serve with the cooked pastas.
