2 cups | brown sugar |

2 2/3 cups | flour |
2 teaspoons | baking soda |
1 teaspoon | salt |
2 teaspoons | cinnamon |
1 teaspoon | nutmeg |
Stir together and bake for 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees in a greased and floured 13X9X2 pan. Topping: (after cake has baked and before cooled) | |
12 tablespoons | soft margarine, 2 cups chopped nuts, 1 teaspoon vanilla, |
1 1/3 cups | packed brown sugar |
