Carrot & basil ricotta wrap with tomato (V) 227 cals

200g | reduced-fat ricotta |
1 | carrot, peeled, coarsely grated |
1/4 cup | chopped basil |
½ | garlic clove, crushed |
2 slices | mountain bread |
1 | tomato, sliced |
2 handfuls | spinach |
Combine the ricotta, carrot, basil and garlic in a small bowl.
Spread over the bread.
Place the salad leaves and tomato at one end of the bread, then roll tightly to enclose the filling.
Halve each wrap using a sharp knife.
