ce qu’il faut faire:
TARTINER chaque côté d'une tortilla au blé entier avec 2 c. à soupe de beurre d'arachide Kraft.
PELER et placer 1 banane sur un côté de la tortilla et enrouler la tortilla autour de la banane pour former un rouleau.
COUPER en tranches d'un demi-pouce pour faire des pièces de monnaie.
