Tartelettes saumon poireau

| 1 yaourt a la grec | |
| Sel, poivre | |
| 1 darne | saumon |
| 1/2 | poireau |
Beurre pour la fondu
Faire une fondu de poireau avec du beurre et un peu d'eau.
Mélanger les oeufs, la creme, le yaourt, sel et poivre.
Couper le saumon en petits cubes.
Ajouter le saumon et le poireau dans la creme. Mettre au four a 180° pendant 30 à 40min.
