Ranch Potatoes

| 6 to 8 | red potatoes |
| 1/2 cup | sour cream |
| 1/2 | ranch salad dressing |
| 1/4 cup | cooked crumbled bacon |
| 2 tablespoons | minced fresh parsley |
| 1 can | mushroom soup |
| 1 cup | cheddar cheese |
| Topping | |
| 1/2 cup | cheddar cheese |
| 2 cups | corn flakes crushed |
| 1/4 cup | melted butter |
Directions
Cook potatoes with skin on until tender. Cut in quarters and set aside. Combine next six ingredients and pour over cooked potatoes. Mix well. Placed in greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with cheese. Combine cornflakes and butter. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
