Cranberry Glazed Chicken

2 teaspoons | paprika |
2 teaspoons | salt |
1 1/2 | cinnamon |
5 | whole cloves |
1 teaspoon | Ginger |

1 can | whole cranberries |
1/2 cup | water |
Directions
In a plastic bag combine flour, paprika, salt, Cinnamon, Ginger and pepper. Coat chicken. Heat oil and brown chicken. When chicken is brown remove all but two tablespoons of oil. Add three tablespoons of water cover and cook over low for 20 minutes.
In a bowl blend cranberries and 1/2 cup water. Pour one cup of the cranberries over the chicken and add cloves. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn occasionally to prevent sticking. Add remaining cranberry mixture uncover and simmer for a few minutes until sauce has reduced and is thick.
