| 500 g | yaourt nature |
| 120 g | sucre en poudre |
| 20 cl | crème fraiche liquide |
Mélangez dans un saladier le yaourt avec le sucre en poudre.
Dans un autre saladier, montez la crème en chantilly puis incorporez-la au yaourt sucré.
Versez le mélange dans la sorbetière et faites turbinez.
Dégustez ou mettez-la au congélateur.
