STEPS
Start by shredding a whole head of cabbage, and julienned carrots.
Then cut pork in to thinly slices almost like prosciutto.
Take the scallops and prawns and cut into 1 inch cubes.
Now it's time to make the batter, so pour all three mixes into a bowl and pour water into it slowly creating a pancake like batter.
Then take two scoops of batter and pour into a smaller bowl, then adding cabbage, carrots ,scallops, and prawns into the bowl.
On the skillet brown both sides of the pork, then pour the batter with all the veggies and seafood on top of the pork.
Then treat as a pancake, not flipping till it is a nice color brown.
To serve: spread mayo on top then drizzle okonomi sauce, followed by the sprinkling of the saved bonito and seaweed on top.
