| 3 | chopped shallots |

| Button mushroom | |
| Baby corn | |
| Large | onion wedge |
| 1 tbsp | tomato paste |
| 1/2 cup | diluted evaporated milk |
| Lemon, Lime juice | |
| Butter | |
| 3/4 cup | water |
- Lada padi
- Salt & Sugar for seasoning
1) Fry season chicken with butter.
2) Remove.
3) Fry shallots in remaining butter.
4) Add all vegetables, tomato paste, milk, water and salt.
