COCKTAIL - VODKA - Triple Citrus Strawberry Splash

| 2 tablespoons | Honey-Soaked Strawberries, (see recipe below) |
| 1 wedge | lime |
| Ice | |
| 1½ fluid ounces (3 tablespoons) | Absolut Mandarin Vodka |
| 2 fluid ounces (¼ cup) | Lemon Sweet & Sour, (see recipe) |
| Splash of soda water Place the Honey-Soaked Strawberries in a cocktail shaker and squeeze in and add the lime wedge. Fill with ice. Add Absolut Mandarin Vodka and Lemon Sweet & Sour. Cap shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a large tall glass and then add a splash of soda. Stir, swizzle and serve. Honey-soaked Strawberries Makes 1¼ cups or 10 servings | |

| 3 tablespoons | honey |
Wash, stem and thinly slice strawberries. In a small bowl, mix the berries with the honey. Let stand 10 minutes before using.
