Preheat oven to 400 degrees. | |
1 1/4 cups | milk |
1/3 cup | brown sugar |
1 | egg |
1/2 cup | applesauce |
1 cup | flour |
1 1/2 tsp | baking powder |
1/2 tsp | baking soda |
1/2 tsp | cinnamon |
1/2 tsp | salt |
2 cups | Fiber One cereal |
1/4 to 1/2 cup | Splenda,, (Optional) |
Mix all ingredients together and scoop into greased muffin pan.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
Makes one dozen muffins.
