Coat tri tip with cabels brisket rub

Seal in vacume sealed bag and refrigerate for 4-24 hours
Set out meat 2 hours before ready to grill,

Heat grill to 500
Rub meat with anything goes spice rub from the fresh market
Cook tri tip on each side for 5 min.
Remove meat & tent with foil while waiting for grill to reduce temp to 350

Reduce heat set up grill for indirect heat
Place meat brace on grill for about 30 min or until meat reaches an internal temp of 150
Rear meat for 10-15 min
Slice against grain
