Roast chicken

    1  whole chicken, with guts removed
      salt and pepper

Preheat the oven at 200 C.
Clean the skin of the chicken with lemon.
Sprinkle paprika lightly all around the chicken.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Put the chicken in the oven, lower the temperature at once to 170 C, and cook for 20 to 30 minutes per pound. To check if the meat is done, poke it with a skewer. The chicken is done when there is no more red coming out.
