SALMON - Smoked Salmon Flatbread Pizzas

|SMOKED SALMON FLATBREAD PIZZAS From Redbook|
|1 (12-oz) package||naan, (4 breads)|
|6 oz||light cream cheese,, (Neufchatel), softened|
|2 oz||creme fraiche|
|2 Tbsp each||chopped, drained capers, drained, finely diced red onion; and chopped fresh dill|
|1 Tbsp||prepared horseradish|
|1 1/2 tsp||finely grated lemon zest|
|1/2 lb||thinly sliced smoked salmon|
|Whole capers, more chopped fresh dill, salmon roe, and lemon wedges for garnish|
1. Heat oven to 400'F. Place breads directly on oven rack and bake until hot, about 5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together cream
cheese, creme fraiche. chopped capers, onion, chopped dill, horseradish, and lemon zest until combined.
3. Spread cream cheese mixture on breads, dividing evenly. Top with smoked salmon Sprinkle with whole capers, dill, and salmon roe and serve with lemon wedges. Wrap in foil until ready to serve.
Makes 8 servings.
