PIZZA - Turkey Flatbread with Cranberry Salsa

1 (12-inch) | prepared pizza crust or flat bread |
1/2 pound | turkey breast, deli cut |
1 cup | cranberries, fresh or frozen |
1 medium | green bell pepper, cored, seeded, chopped |
1 medium | jalapeño pepper, seeds and veins removed, chopped |
1 teaspoon | ground Saigon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon | ground coriander |
1 teaspoon | ground cumin |
1 teaspoon | oregano |
1/4 teaspoon | Ground Black Pepper |
1/2 cup | chopped fresh cilantro |
1 can (6 ounces) | frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |
DIRECTIONS
1. Bake pizza crust 10 minutes at 450°F.
2. Arrange turkey on top of pizza crust. Coarsely chop remaining ingredients (or use food processor until coarsely chopped). Spread cranberry salsa over top of turkey.
3. Cut into squares. Garnish with additional cilantro and jalapeño slices, if desired. Serve immediately.
