Spicy Roasted Chickpeas

One 15 ounce can | garbanzo beans |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1/2 tsp | cayenne pepper |
Directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Drain beans from the can, rinse and put in a bowl. Mix oil, salt and pepper with beans and spread on a baking sheet. Put in the oven, after 15 minutes shake pan to ensure beans will brown evenly. Roast an additional 15 minutes.
